It’s a lovely company to work for! I hadn’t worked in care before but wish I had a long time ago as I completely love it. With each individual we care for we want to do our very best every time. It’s very rewarding with lots of shift patterns and hours of work available. I would highly recommend it.

Cara is definitely a family environment with everyone working and communicating together. Office staff and management are always happy to assist wherever they can. Every day is different, and you really see the positive impact you have on people’s lives.

Cara has given me way more than I could have expected from a job; the team, the care and the friendships. I feel lucky to be a part of it all. The whole team has hearts of gold.

The word ‘Cara’ means ‘friend’ and that speaks for itself. We’re proud to be the friends who deliver person-centred care that truly gives the individual a voice and control over the service they receive. The Cara team really cares because we know that everyone is significant and I’m glad to part of that team.

We look forward to hearing from you.
